These terms apply to your use of the Emerald Funding Solutions Limited website at emeraldfundingsols.com (the “website”) and the online tools on it, including the loan calculator and the online application form. “We”, “us” and “Emerald” mean Emerald Funding Solutions Limited. “You” means the person using the website.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. If we approve a loan, it is governed by a separate loan agreement, which applies to that loan in place of these terms where the two differ.

Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• give false, incomplete or misleading information, or use another person’s details without their permission;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems, or another person’s account;
• interfere with the website or its security, or overload it, including with automated tools or bots (ordinary search-engine indexing is fine); or

Loan calculator estimates

Figures produced by our online loan calculator are estimates for illustration only. They do not constitute loan approval, an offer of credit or final loan terms. Final terms are confirmed only after your application has been assessed and approved. Approval timeframes of 24–48 hours are typical, not guaranteed.

Applications

When you apply you must give accurate and complete information. Submitting an application does not mean it will be approved. We may verify what you tell us, ask for supporting documents, and approve, change or decline an application. Please do not email identification or financial documents unless we ask you to; if we need documents, we will tell you how to send them.

Client accounts

If you have a client account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend access where we need to protect you, us or our systems.

Third-party services and links

Parts of the website are provided by or link to third parties, including the LoanBit platform that runs our application form, loan calculator and client account, and services such as WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them or for the content of other websites.

Unless stated otherwise, Emerald Funding Solutions Limited and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the material on this website, including text, graphics and logos. You may view the website and print or save pages for your own personal use. You may not use our name or logo without our written permission.

You may link to our home page or other pages as long as the link is not deceptive, does not falsely suggest that we sponsor or endorse you or your products or services, and fits within the context of your site.
